My part of the project was about the local environment and sustainability, I chose to focus on the Patch of Heaven Sanctuary for my presentation because i went for a visit to make my presentation come to life instead of reading and looking at pictures. This sanctuary, dedicated to preserving local wildlife, served as a perfect example of how environmental sustainability can be achieved through conscious efforts and care. The Patch of Heaven Sanctuary, located in a biodiverse region, is committed to preserving native species and restoring habitats that have been impacted by human activity. Its mission is to ensure that these species can thrive for generations to come. This visit not only provided me with firsthand knowledge of the sanctuary’s operations but also deepened my understanding of the vital importance of conservation efforts in maintaining the balance of nature.
